

Grief...
I've been struggling. At the end of February I lost my wonderful boy - Zeus. It came as a shock, completely out of the blue. Within 6 days he was gone - kidney cancer. It was so wrong to lose him, he was still so young, 3 years. It hit me hard. I live alone and have always had cats and dogs as constant companions. Zeus was funny, lazy, adorable, and a big softie. It's getting easier to deal with each day and I will get back into writing. I simply haven't had the motivation to


Editing Woes...
I decided to take a brief break from writing between Christmas and New Year. Normally I write from 7am till around 2 every day, seven days a week. But I thought after doing that for a full year it was time to step back for a while. But now I'm back at the keyboard, working on the final book of the Silk Rope Masters series. Book 6 is due out on the 28th of this month (January) and I hope my readers enjoy it. I have a real soft spot for the hero in this one. As far as book 7 is


Editing...
A couple of weeks ago I got the first round of edits for book 6 in The Silk Rope Master series. The lovely editor discovered a problem which I could ignore and the book would still be fine; or I could changed the problem area. I chose to change the area. And what was it? Basically my heroine moves to the US - not a problem. But the reason in the book for her move was not realistic given the political climate in the US at the moment. I wrote the book prior to the American elec
